'Pop Song' is the first track from what will be Hafdis's third studio album, due for release late 2012.
Written and recorded in her own studio on the side of a mountain in Iceland, the new album reveals the Icelandic pop princess to have a wicked line in understated scorn and a vibrant streak that keeps the proceedings refreshingly off-balance.
Since she returned to live in her home country at the end of 2009, Hafdis's second solo album, 'Synchronised Swimmers' has reached number 2 in the album charts and has now been licensed through 5 different independent labels for release this summer around the world (including the USA and Canada) with further releases due in China and Korea.
